These terms apply when you use the Galovia website and place orders with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from photos. If we find an error in a price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example because an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served, or we cannot verify a COD order.

Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Online payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your card or UPI details.

Use of products

Please read and follow the usage instructions for each product. Patch-test car-care products on a small hidden area before full use. Results can vary by surface and condition.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Galovia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer law.
